The Coal Mine washplant PLC upgrade had to happen due to hardware obsolescence and limitations.
Cell was approached to price the replacement, including hardware detailed design, supply programming, replacement methodology, and onsite commissioning in a limited outage period.
The works were undertaken in the office and at the site, with the system fully commissioned well under budget and within the outage period, with successful coordination between Cell Engineering, the client, and the electrical installation contractor.
