CLIENT: Fitzroy – Ironbark Mine
Cell was engaged to review a new Gas Drainage Plant for compliance with the AS/NZS 60079 set of standards. The request from the client was for a Qld licensed HA auditor to review and report on compliance. Cell attended the site for a physical inspection of the equipment, and this developed a punch list of potentially non-compliant issues. Once fully addressed a a detailed report and certificate were issued allowing energisation of the system. Audit involved a checklist for initial inspections and dossier, as well as review of design documentation and RPEQ sign off.
