Cell Engineering provides a number of engineers to the Power and Water Corporation across various departments. The various roles that Cell provides include support in network connection and distribution, fault assessments and report writing, remote community support, and system control. The engineers are responsible for project scoping, reviewing, and processing network connection applications, engineering design support, and factory and site acceptance testing for electrical and control systems.
