Cell was engaged to assist the Department of Defence with auditing several new kiosk Substations and associated reticulation. The project required a Queensland licensed HV auditor to inspect recently installed substations and verify compliance with AS2067. The audit also included the testing and documentation of the earth grid designs for compliance with Step and Touch limitations, also under AS2067.
